Guest Services? Toll Free Is A Necessity

All realms of business benefit from toll free phone numbers. But one of the industries that may have some of the most advantages are travel-related companies. Can you imagine, for example, setting up your trip and not having toll free numbers to call for flights, hotels, or tickets to concert, sporting event or maybe a Broadway show? Nearly all hotels, inns and B&Bs nationwide now offer toll free phone numbers for reservations. Restaurants are beginning to do the same. Airlines and chain hotels have used toll free numbers for decades. So if you work in any facet of guest-services or travlel, consider the absolute need for a toll free phone number to keep up with the competition. Tollfreenumber.ORG

Hi,

I appreciate your constant update on the telecom trends.

I represent PBX Plus (http://www.pbxplus.com) which is based on the award winning (Best of Show for SMB at IT Expo, LA 2009) platform – InVox (http://www.invox.com).

We would like to see you signup and review PBX Plus. I would be happy to add a FREE US or UK number with unlimited minutes to your account.

Your number would greet your callers with “Thanks for calling… Please say the name of the person or department you are trying to reach.” Caller can just say your name “…“and call will be forwarded to your mobile, landline or Skype account. It works with my Skype, offers free speech recognition, voicemail and voicemail transcription, eFAX (Fax In), Fax Out, Outbound FAX, Fax on Demand, unlimited extensions and sub-extensions etc.

The drag and drop designer (visio-like) can be used to configure PBX in just 15 mins. Wizard configures the PBX based on the answers to each question about your business.

In fact, show attendees at IT Expo walked out “This is the best I have seen till day for telephony era!”

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks.

I think that the necessity of a Toll-Free number extends to more than just the travel industry. In fact I believe that any business that is committed to customer service should have a Vanity number. If I have questions about my cable bill, wireless service or which gate my flight leaves from, I want 1 place that will help me answer questions without laborious search for a corporate phone number. That’s is why you must go with Vanity, your customers will thank you.
