Some studies show that a vanity number is 14 times easier to recall than the numerical equivalent. Word of mouth referrals can jump 200% with a vanity number. It’s a given that if the phone number spells out the business name, or similar connection to the company, more customers will remember it and use it. Numbers and letters can be mixed or the entire number can be translated into letters. Either way, this is a proven marketing tool with many advantages.
