Using Toll Frees to Improve Customer Service

Many companies have discovered that one of the best ways to enhance communication with customers, old and new, is to offer a 1-800 phone number. The ability to speak to a company representative about the product, shipping options, or availability of the item provides a sense of security and lends legitimacy to the business. A customer with a question or concern does not want to pay for the phone call.
