This Google number isn't the only free directory assistance number out there -- in fact, it's not even the most complete in terms of listings.
1-800-FREE411 has business listings, just like the Google # has, but we've also got government and residential listings. 1-800-FREE411 is completely free, as a couple short ads (about 10 seconds each) pay for the cost of the call.
Lastly, you can also use our number as a source of driving directions. Follow the prompts from the Main Menu, and after the call we'll text turn-by-turn directions to your cell -- still free (though your carrier's normal texting rates still apply).
Thanks,
Jay
